I will Enclose this rude sketch giving a view of
our lot from front to rear so you will see how it
is filled up. as some one said the other day our building on
this [u]lot[/u] is about concluded. The little patches of ground
still left have been sodded and look very pretty.
A public street runs this side the premises.
[Note: Sketch of the grounds done in pencil, includes labels - Servant Rooms,
School House, Walk to the School House, School House yard, Our yard, Our House, Front
yard]
On this side is a vacant lot rented by the coolie
Emigration society [u]which[/u] we [u]hope will[/u] not soon be occupied.

floor. Second floor sketch includes the labels of Verandah 8x28, Work Room 14x18, School
Room 14x18, Sleeping Rooms (labeled twice), Hall 4 feet wide, Bath Rooms. First floor
sketch includes the labels of Verandah 8x28, Organ, Chapel 18x24, Sleeping Rooms 6x12,
Hall 4 feet wide, Dining Room 18x12, Bath Rooms, Court, Wall, Kitchens 6x10.]
