It reads, "EMILY NOYES <br />MAY. 4, 1846<br />DEC. 18, 1937 "SO SHALL WE EVER BE" <br />WITH THE LORD." Although not mentioned on her headstone, it is still important to note that Emily Noyes was the first female graduate of the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.
