My dear Mary --
I can only write
a line this morning
I send a letter to the
Seville friend who were
with us last Christmas
evening . Next Sabbath
will be our Communion
season .today is Friday
and a good number
of women have come
in from the country.
There will be several
applicants for baptism
We expect the mail
that left you about Oct
22nd next Tuesday
I sent to Macao some
pictures to be mailed
home . Two are for Uncle
+ Aunt Wheeler as you
will see the other two
that are marked for
Em + Clara and
the rest can be disposed
of as you like . Perhaps
Em + Sarah would
like them for their
rooms I hope it will
not be troublesome to
distribute the Christmas
cards I sent. I sent
a number of extra ones
for all the S.S .scholars. If
you give them to the
teachers for their classes
perhaps it will not be
much trouble
